The main reason for our success
The main reason for our successful track record is the fact that government agencies that regulate extraction and refining of hydrocarbon raw materials have a very high degree of trust in what MOGUL does and how it operates.
Thus, for example, if there are problems with some extracting company, including non-compliance with Licensing Agreements, MOGUL Management Company enters into the Project. At that point it is considered as a matter of fact, that all problems will be solved.
During the entire history of our work, which began in 1998, much earlier than the MOGUL Management Company was officially registered, it had always been, and the appropriate government agencies are well aware of this.
Naturally, we do not undertake development of all projects taken into consideration. Preliminary research is conducted extremely thoroughly. We study all aspects of the company's operations, beginning with the technical and legal data right through to their relationships with government institutions and the business community.
According to our own statistics, we make a positive decision to work on only 2 out of 100 reviewed projects.
We never mix together any of our various individual projects, so as to isolate any risk that may arise with any of them.
Therefore, particularly in the early stages of the project, we use the SPV company structure. This is also often a necessity, including in cases when we consider it prudent not to demonstrate our interest in the project. Nevertheless, such actions are always coordinated on a government level.
Using this approach, in all of MOGUL's history, we have never made a single mistake.
